What is the minimum and maximum group size you can accommodate?
We accommodate groups from 12 to 30 students. For smaller groups, we can combine with other educational groups if preferred. For larger groups over 30, we can coordinate with partner facilities to ensure everyone stays nearby.
How do you handle special dietary requirements and food restrictions?
We cater to all dietary needs including halal, vegetarian, vegan, and specific allergies. Our team works with you during planning to create customized meal plans. We also have partnerships with certified halal and vegetarian restaurants nearby.
Do you provide airport transfers and local transportation?
Yes, we offer complete transfer services including airport pickup/drop-off and local transportation for activities. Our vehicles are licensed for group transport and driven by experienced, background-checked drivers familiar with student group needs.
What visa and documentation support do you provide?
We provide accommodation confirmation letters required for visa applications. Our team assists with arrival/departure documentation and is able to coordinate with local authorities for necessary checks if required.
How far in advance should we book, and what is your cancellation policy?
We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. Our flexible cancellation policy offers full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival, 50% refund for 15-30 days, and case-by-case review for later cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
